Breakfast: Traditional Turkish-Mediterranean breakfast. There is something for everyone; from egg dishes to fresh fruits: 3 kind of jam, salami, sausage, honey, butter, green olives, black olives, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, egg, tomato, cucumber, fruit, milk, unlimited tea & coffee.
Lunch: 3 days-each day a different meals selection below: Cooked Turkish lunch, with traditional dishes of Turkish rice, pasta and vegetable dishes, along with fresh salads and the famous Turkish bread, chicken with vegetables, green beans, aubergine musakki, pasta with oven, rice, couscous, salads, different type of pastas, cucumber with garlic and yogurt, aubergine grill with yogurt , fruits.
5 O'CLOCK TEA: It's tea / coffee time in the afternoon, with cookies and biscuits. We also serve fresh seasonal fruits throughout the day. Unlimited tea & coffee, biscuits, cookies, cake and patty with cheese
Dinner: 4 days-each day a different meals selection below : Grilled fish, fried fish ,grilled chicken - Turkish meatballs, meat saute, roasted chicken, mushroom, salads, traditional Turkish rice, couscous, pasta, red beans, smashed potatoes, yogurt and vegetable dishes, garnish, dessert, fruits. A number of fresh salads are also served. It’s a feast! Vegetarian dishes are available.
